REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Tickets may be refunded or exchanged, but ONLY up to 3 hours prior to the stated start time of the movie. To obtain a refund back to the original form of payment, you must do that in person at the theater with the card you used to make the original purchase (we only refund to the same card used for purchase). For tickets purchased through your Springs member account on our website or app, you can exchange a ticket to a different film/time of to obtain store credit HERE if more than 3 hours before the stated movie start time.

Tickets purchased with redemption of Springs Rewards points or complimentary guest passes are not refundable. Check your confirmation email for further details. Convenience fees for online ticket purchases will not be refunded. Note that for tickets purchased on Fandango, you must contact Fandango customer service to get a refund.
