What are the age groups for a Child and Senior tickets?
A Child ticket is 3 to 12 and a Senior ticket is 65+. Children 2 & under who do not require a seat are free.

What are the matinee showtimes?
Matinee showtimes are all showtimes before 3:00pm.
What is the convenience fee for?
To guarantee you are able to get your tickets to the hottest movies before they sellout we offer the convenience of purchasing tickets online and through our app. To ensure we are able to maintain this service for our valued guests, we charge a small fee per ticket. The charge per ticket is displayed in the Order Summary page during the booking process. For ticket refunds, convenience fees for online ticket purchases will not be refunded.
Do you have accessibility or hearing/visual impaired options?
Each of our auditoriums is equipped with at least 4 stalls for wheelchairs with companion seats adjacent to these stalls. We also offer state-of-the-art hearing and vision impaired equipment that will allow you to enjoy the movie. Please ask our staff to assist you with this equipment.
When will movie titles and times be posted?
Movie titles and times are typically updated weekly by 6:00 PM on Tuesday.
How many seats are in your auditoriums?
Because of our new spacious heated luxury recliners with comfortable aisle widths, we do not have as many seats per auditorium as prior to the renovations. Our 8 auditoriums come in various sizes, with the largest seating 140 and the smallest 64.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Is outside food and drink permitted inside the theatre?
No outside food or drink is permitted in the theatre.
What are the theatre, bar and kitchen hours?
Theatre opens 30 min before the first show time, and closes 30 min after the last showtime begins. Concession, kitchen and bar areas are available until 30 min after the last show time begins.
Do you serve meals or just traditional concessions?
We have a full kitchen and continue to add items to our full menu. See the list of current offerings that include appetizers, sandwiches, pizzas, hot desserts and more at the FOOD & DRINKS page
Do you wait on us and serve food and drinks inside the auditorium?
We do not offer food or beverage service inside the auditorium. While we want to provide you a wide array of food and beverage offerings, we want to minimize the disruption of our patrons enjoying the movie as much as possible. We provide pagers to our customers upon ordering from the kitchen that will light up when your food is ready to be picked up at the concession counter. We have swivel tables on each of our reclining seats to accommodate eating during the movie.
What gluten free or vegetarian options do you offer?
At this time, we do not have any gluten free dining options, but we understand the need, and are looking into offering some in the near future.
REFUNDS
How do I get a refund for tickets I was unable to use?
Because we do not store full credit card numbers, all refunds must be processed in person directly at the theatre prior to the show time. The theatre will need the booking / confirmation number or the date & time of the purchase as well as the first six and the last four digits of the credit card used to make the purchase. Convenience fees for online ticket purchases will not be refunded. Note that for tickets purchased on Fandango, you must contact Fandango customer service to get a refund.
I was double charged, how do I get a refund?

How do I earn points?
When you join the Springs Select Rewards program, you will receive a loyalty card that can be used for earning points on each transaction. You can also use the ten digit phone number associated with your account instead of using the card. To receive points for purchases made in person at the theatre, swipe your card or give your ten digit phone number or name to the theatre staff to receive rewards points for those purchases. To receive points for purchases made online, create an "Account" then log into your "Web Account" when prompted during your online purchase. You will earn 1 Reward Point for every dollar you spend at The Springs.
How do I keep track of my rewards points?

Your Springs Select Rewards point balance can be checked in several places:

  • online through our REWARDS page.
  • at the theatre by asking a cashier.

NOTE: Rewards points may take up to 24 hours to post to your account.

How do I redeem my points and what can I redeem them for?

Just provide your Springs Select card or provide your cashier with your ten digit phone number or full name to pull up your account.

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent at the Box Office or Concession Stand. Points add up and you earn prizes as you reach the following levels:

  • 150 points = 1 Free Medium Drink
  • 250 points = 1 Free Regular Popcorn
  • 350 points = 1 Free Frozen Beverage (Non-Alcoholic)
  • 450 points = 1 Free Large Drink & Popcorn

Items never expire and stay on your card until they are used! The best part? This program is 100% FREE!

Is there a maximum amount of points I can earn in one day?
Yes, there is a $200 (200 points) cap per day for earning rewards points.
What additional perks are there for being enrolled in the Springs Select Rewards?
  • Loyalty Tuesdays
    $7.00 movie admission for all ages, $3.00 Small Popcorn and $3.00 Small Drink* available to members EVERY Tuesday!
    *Excludes frozen and alcoholic beverages
     
  • Free Movie Ticket for your birthday
    One (1) free admission (issued directly at the theatre) within 7 days before and 7 days after your birthday.
     
  • Special Screenings
    We will be offering special screenings of current and retro films as well as occasional early screenings of new releases before they are available to non-members of the Springs Select.
How do I redeem my free Birthday ticket?
Your free Birthday ticket is valid 7 days before through 7 days after your Birthday. We will not mail or email you anything that you need to present, just simply provide your cashier with your ten digit phone number to redeem.
Will I earn points for Fandango ticket purchases?
No, Rewards Points will only be earned on purchases made on the springscinema.com website and in theatre.
I gave my Springs Select rewards account information to the cashier, but I do not see the points on my loyalty account? How do I receive the points for my purchase?
To receive points for a transaction please fill out the customer service form on the Contact Us page. Please include the transaction number from the receipt or ticket stub in your email to customer service. Please note that the transaction must have occurred within the last 30 days to receive rewards points for your purchase.
Is there a minimum age to join?
Yes, the minimum age to join the Springs Select rewards program is 15 years old.
Is there a maximum number of points I can have at one time?
Yes, member accounts may not accumulate more than 10,000 points. Once an account accumulates 10,000 points, a member cannot accrue additional points until unused points are redeemed and the balance falls below 10,000 points.
Is there a maximum number of points I can redeem in one day?
Yes, members may not redeem more than 500 points in a 24-hour period.
Will my account ever expire?
Accounts that have not transacted in 24 months will be deactivated and points balance will be lost.

Can we host a birthday party at the theatre?
Yes, we love to host birthday parties for people of all ages. Prices vary depending on the day, time, amount of people, length of use and content on the screen. Please see the EVENTS page for more details or contact events@springscinema.com.
Do you host corporate or group events, and what is the price?
Yes, this was a big part of our plan in determining the layout for the newly renovated theatre. We love to host groups of all sizes for a variety of uses ranging from quarterly sales meetings, product launches, customer appreciation events, or team building events. Can we screen our own movie or host a red carpet event at The Springs?
Yes, we love to work with the local film and television community that has become such a big part of Atlanta. Our central and accessible location, the quality of our bar, kitchen and even catering options, and our inviting event staff have made us a popular spot for showing off local & national films or television shows to groups of all sizes
